Kérastase 50th Anniversary Luncheon
Kérastase has been the leader in luxury haircare for over 50 years and I recently attended the Kérastase 50th Anniversary Luncheon to celebrate those amazing years. Since 1964 Kérastase has put its expertise in service of women to bring out the beauty in every woman's hair.

Kérastase transformed a hotel function room into a Parisian streets to enable guests to experience but a fraction of what the home of Kérastase has to offer. It was a wonderful afternoon of flowers, pastries, Pont De Art 'Love Locks' brigde and shopping accompanied by lunch.
50 years of evolving and inventing for varying needs of women's hair has changed the experience of caring for hair either Kérastase salons or at home with Kérastase products. Since its inception, Kérastase has been listening to the reality of women around the world, taking into account their particular needs and expectation to their different concerns.

Kérastase came up with a unique, high-performance ritual for every woman - a 3-step beauty routine - cleanse, treat and texturise with carefully conceived methods of beautifying the hair.
- Cleanse. The first step in the routine with a specific product for every hair type, each with melting soft texture and subtle fragrance. The appropriate product is applied while the scalp is massaged to stimulate vital functions and awaken the senses.
- Treat. With targeted, high performance products that take in-depth action. The transformation is felt as soon as the application begins. Vigor and sumptuous body are lastingly restored to the hair.
- Texturised. The third and final step of the regimen, the application of a no-rinse product leaves the hair fiber with a beautiful finish. This step offers effective protection and amazing shine while perfectly preparing the hair for blow drying or styling.
Over the years Kérastase has come up with a list of cult products from masques to conditioners, serums, styling products, but one of my personal favourites has to be the Kérastase Elixir Ultime, once I started using this there was no turning back.
