Bobbi Brown Smokey Nudes Eye Palette - Review & Swatches
Just when you thought nudes couldn't get more exciting, Bobbi Brown does Smokey Nudes. Smokey Nudes Eye Palette is a versatile palette that gives you the smokey eye look for both day and night. All you need to do is layer the shadows for desired intensity.
Housed in a super chic dark tortoise shell compact, which reminds me a lot of the Tortoise Shell palettes from 2011, this double layer eye palette features eight shades which varies from soft matte, sparkle and metallic finishes. The soft mattes and metallics goes on smooth, the metallics are more intense. The sparkles need to be layered on the other two finishes as they won't show on their own.
Top layer: Cream (matte beige), Naked (warm matte nude), Woodrose (matte mauve), Silver Brown (sparkling grey brown)
Bottom layer: Watercolor Pink (sheer sparkling pink), Nude Beach (metallic nude), Smokey Brown (metallic mauve), Smoked (dark matte charcoal)
Bobbi's Tip on how to use the Smokey Nudes Eye Palette: When layering the eye shadows, start with a classic Bobbi eye - light all over shadow, medium lid shadow, dark liner and layer sparkle shadow on top.
